The Han River Bus, carrying Seoul Mayor Oh Sehoon and members of the press, is seen passing over the Jamsu Bridge in Seoul as it officially began operations on September 18. The Han River Bus started full-scale service at 11 a.m. after the launch event scheduled for the previous day was canceled due to heavy rain. Operations of the Han River Bus may be restricted depending on weather conditions such as heavy rain or ice.
