On September 18, a Han River bus carrying Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon and members of the press officially began operations, passing under Dongjak Bridge, where the subway runs above. The Han River bus began full operations at 11 a.m. after the launch event scheduled for the previous day was canceled due to heavy rain. Operations of the Han River bus may be restricted depending on weather conditions such as heavy rain or freezing.
