Saemangeum Waterfront City’s First Land Sale Features Bold Promotion: "Development Corporation President Offers Direct Consultations"

Saemangeum Development Corporation has launched an on-site promotional campaign, directly engaging with potential buyers ahead of its first land sale.

On September 17, the corporation held a promotional event for the Saemangeum waterfront city at KTX Iksan Station, where the president and executives personally conducted one-on-one consultations with visitors interested in neighborhood living facility sites (8,820 square meters) and single-family residential sites (20,242 square meters). The purpose was to listen carefully to questions and feedback from the field and incorporate them into future sales strategies.

The event featured various programs, including a KakaoTalk participation event, providing visitors with opportunities to share their opinions and communicate directly with the corporation. Visitors responded positively, saying that having the president and executives on-site to listen to their voices increased their trust in the project.

The corporation plans to use the feedback collected to develop customized products, ensure a stable first sale, and lay the foundation for the sustainable growth of the waterfront city.

President Na Kyunggyun stated, "This was a meaningful occasion to go beyond simple promotion by meeting with potential buyers on-site and listening to their opinions." He added, "We will continue to strengthen on-site communication, successfully lead the first sale, and develop strategies that meet the expectations of our customers."
