Shinhan Card "Air One" 1% Extra Point Accumulation Event

Shinhan Card announced on September 16 that it will be offering a special "plus benefits" event for its "Shinhan Card Air One," a card specialized in earning Korean Air mileage, from this month until the end of the year.

Until December 31, unlimited MyShinhan Points will be accumulated at a rate of 1% of the total amount spent on overseas purchases made with the Air One Card. This benefit is provided separately from the existing card benefit, which allows users to earn up to 2 miles per 1,000 won spent on overseas transactions. The benefit is available without any minimum spending requirement from the previous month.

In addition to the existing benefit of two complimentary entries per year for the cardholder to the Matina Lounge at Incheon Airport, two additional complimentary entries per year for a companion will be provided. The airport lounge benefit applies to Air One Cards with the American Express brand, provided that at least 300,000 won was spent in the previous month.

The Air One Card is Shinhan Card's flagship Korean Air mileage accumulation card, offering 1 mile per 1,000 won spent on domestic purchases, and 2 miles per 1,000 won spent on domestic airline, duty-free, and overseas transactions.
