The smart home platform "Homeniq," developed by Samsung C&T, is rapidly spreading throughout the housing market, from major corporations to mid-sized companies. As it is now being applied not only to the company's own "Raemian" brand but also to complexes built by other construction firms, Homeniq is establishing itself as the standard in the domestic residential platform market.
On September 3, 2025, the construction division of Samsung C&T signed a partnership with Dongil Construction for residential service technology cooperation and the introduction of Homeniq. The signing ceremony was attended by Ji Soyoung, Executive Director of Samsung C&T, and Joo Minmok, Executive Director of Dongil Construction, along with other representatives from both companies. Through this agreement, Dongil Construction will first apply Homeniq to the "Cheongju Dongil Highvill Park Lane" Phases 1 and 2, and is also considering sequential application to future Dongil Highvill complexes upon completion.
On September 8, 2025, Samsung C&T also signed an agreement with Daewon Co., Ltd., well known for its domestic residential brand "Cantavil," to introduce Homeniq.
A Samsung C&T representative stated, "We are rapidly expanding the reach of Homeniq through collaboration not only with major companies but also with mid-sized firms," adding, "The expansion of these partnerships is an indicator of Homeniq's market potential."
Homeniq spreading across the industry
While Homeniq was initially applied mainly to the company's own residential brand, Raemian, it has recently been quickly adopted by complexes developed by other construction firms.
Homeniq has signed contracts with SK Ecoplant, Hanwha Construction, Doosan Engineering & Construction, and Woomee Construction, among others. In July 2025, it also began providing services at Pyeongtaek Seokjeong Park Hwaseong Dream Park, a residential complex developed by HS Hwaseong.
With both premium large-scale brands and regional mid-sized brands joining, Homeniq is establishing itself as a core solution for enhancing brand competitiveness among construction companies. With the addition of Dongil Construction and Daewon Co., Ltd., Homeniq is rapidly expanding its presence as a residential platform chosen by both major and mid-sized companies.
"Continuous expansion through the end of the year"... Samsung C&T aims to set the market standard
Samsung C&T plans to solidify its position in the domestic residential platform market through the ongoing expansion of Homeniq. As of September 2025, Homeniq is serving approximately 60,000 members, and the platform is expected to expand to even more complexes by the end of the year.
A Samsung C&T representative emphasized, "Our goal is to continue expanding partnerships through the end of the year and establish Homeniq as the standard for residential platforms in Korea."
