Love Snail is an organization that provides cochlear implant surgeries and hearing aids to children and adolescents with hearing disabilities who have difficulty accessing treatment due to financial hardship. The donation will be used to support surgeries and rehabilitation for these children.

The donation ceremony was held at the headquarters of Love Snail on September 8, in celebration of Ear Day on September 9. The event was attended by Minsol Kim, a player of the Doosan Construction We’ve Golf Team, Sewook Oh, Executive Director of Doosan Construction, and Youngwoon Cho, Secretary General of Love Snail.

Minsol Kim, who participated in the event, said, “It is an honor to attend such a meaningful occasion on behalf of the golf team and to deliver the donation in person. I hope today’s donation will help children communicate more freely with the world and give them the courage to pursue their own dreams.”

Secretary General Youngwoon Cho said, “Doosan Construction’s warm support will be a great source of hope,” and added, “We will ensure that the donation is used effectively to help children with hearing disabilities who cannot receive cochlear implant surgeries due to financial difficulties.”

Since the establishment of its golf team in 2023, Doosan Construction has raised approximately 150 million won through various programs that link the team’s activities with social contribution initiatives, delivering support to people with disabilities, vulnerable housing groups, and those affected by wildfires and other disasters.

Doosan Construction stated, “It is significant that the We’ve Golf Team is not only operated as an athletic team, but is also participating in the creation of social value,” and added, “We will continue to fulfill our corporate social responsibility through various social contribution activities and take the lead in spreading a culture of sharing.”
