On the 5th, Gwangju and Jeonnam are expected to have mostly cloudy skies, with showers forecast in some areas from noon to evening.

According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration, the region will come under the influence of the edge of a high-pressure system moving from northeastern China to the northern East Sea on this day. The expected precipitation is between 5 and 60 mm.

Morning lows are forecast to range from 22 to 26 degrees Celsius, while afternoon highs are expected to reach 30 to 33 degrees Celsius. Waves in the coastal waters of the West Sea and South Sea will be around 0.5 meters, and ultrafine dust concentrations will remain at a 'good' level.

An official from the Meteorological Administration advised, "In areas experiencing rain or showers, there may be gusty winds, thunder, and lightning, and heavy rainfall of 20 to 30 mm per hour is possible. Please pay close attention to facility management and safety to prevent accidents."
