Superintendent Kim Seokjun Encourages Gyeongnam High School Baseball Team on Double Championship Victory

On the afternoon of September 2, Busan Metropolitan City Superintendent of Education Kim Seokjun visited the Gyeongnam High School baseball team, delivered special training funds, and encouraged both the players and the staff.

Superintendent Kim Seokjun is visiting and encouraging the Gyeongnam High School baseball team, which won two championships at the national tournament.

The Gyeongnam High School baseball team achieved the remarkable feat of winning two championships for the first time in 27 years, claiming victory at both the 59th Presidential National High School Baseball Tournament and the 53rd Bonghwangdaegi National High School Baseball Tournament last month.

This achievement is credited not only to the fighting spirit and unity of the players, but also to the passionate support from coaches, staff, parents, and alumni.

Superintendent Kim said, "This victory is not the end, but a new beginning," and added, "I hope the Gyeongnam High School baseball team will continue to grow into proud representatives of the region and of South Korea."
