Uljin County in North Gyeongsang Province (Governor Son Byungbok) will hold the "Youth Club Small Group and Picnic Matching Tour," a special meeting event for single men and women, for two days on September 27 and 28, following its spring season event.
This event is designed for young people who have had limited opportunities to meet others, and will be held in the form of club small groups that respect each participant's individuality and preferences.
Eligibility is limited to 30 single men and women, 15 of each, who either reside in North Gyeongsang Province or work at companies located in the province, and were born between 1986 and 1999.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact naturally through club activities that respect personal interests, such as a horseback riding group and a pottery craft group. On the final day, a picnic tour will be held, providing a chance for participants to get to know one another and form genuine connections.
There is no participation fee, and applications will be accepted until September 18. Only those selected through the pre-registration process will be eligible to participate in the event. Those wishing to participate should refer to the county website and submit the application form, certificate of employment, certificate of marital status, and consent form for the collection and use of personal information by email.
Kim Jinguk, Director of Population Policy, stated, "We will carefully prepare a variety of programs tailored to the perspectives of young people to facilitate natural meetings and communication," adding, "We will continue to pursue customized youth policies that local young people can truly experience."
