The Dong-Eui University Office of External Cooperation (Director: Kim Chiyong) signed an academic exchange agreement with the Guangzhou Overseas Chinese Jewelry College in China (Dean: Zhu Xiaoguang) on the 28th in the Global Conference Room on the second floor of the university's main building.

원본보기 아이콘The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Chiyong, Director of the Office of External Cooperation at Dong-Eui University; Park Eunju, Head of the Department of Advertising and Public Relations; Cho Kyungseop, Professor of Advertising and Public Relations; Choi Jungyoon, Professor of Design and Plastic Arts; as well as Zhu Xiaoguang, Dean of the Jewelry College at Guangzhou Overseas Chinese University; Li Miao, Vice Dean; and Sheng Liang, Professor of Fashion Promotion, along with other officials.
Through the agreement, the two universities agreed to cooperate in various areas, including cultural exchange and educational development between Korea and China, exchange of human resources such as students, and the joint organization of exhibitions.
Following the signing ceremony, the visiting delegation from Guangzhou Overseas Chinese University toured campus facilities such as a 3D printing demonstration, the central library, and the museum.
Kim Chiyong, Director of the Office of External Cooperation at Dong-Eui University, stated, "As Korean culture gains global popularity, there is growing interest in the fields of fashion and design. I hope that students from both countries will develop a global perspective in various fields such as design and advertising through active exchanges."
