Ko Haksoo, Chairperson of the Personal Information Protection Commission, announces sanctions regarding the SK Telecom personal information leak incident at the Seoul Government Complex in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on August 28, 2025. On this day, the commission imposed a penalty surcharge of 134.791 billion won and a fine of 9.6 million won.
