Former Prime Minister Han Ducksoo, who is suspected of aiding and abetting the 12·3 Martial Law-related rebellion, appeared at the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul, on August 27 for a pretrial detention hearing (warrant review). This is the first time in the history of the constitution that an arrest warrant has been requested for a former prime minister.
