Former Prime Minister Han Ducksoo, who is accused of aiding and abetting the 12·3 Martial Law-related rebellion, appeared at the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul, on the 27th for a pretrial detention warrant hearing. This is the first time in the nation's constitutional history that a detention warrant has been requested for a former prime minister.
