iM Financial Holdings announced on August 26 that it will conduct the "Love iM Financial Group" campaign for all employees across its subsidiaries until the end of next month.
iM Financial Holdings is striving to foster a healthy organizational culture by carrying on the group’s corporate culture slogan, "iM C.E.O," which means "I am the CEO," encouraging a sense of ownership and doing one's best. The campaign was organized to promote a corporate culture of loving the company and to boost employee loyalty by encouraging the use of mobile services offered by group subsidiaries.
To participate in the campaign, employees must first install the iM Bank application, set up their salary to be deposited into an iM Bank account, contribute to the employee stock ownership association, use merchants recommended by iM Bank or businesses partnered with iM Bank, utilize the "iM Group Account"-a specialized product for managing group funds, use the iM Bank BC Card, accumulate overseas stocks through iM Securities, and sign up for insurance products from iM Life, among other activities.
Employees can also participate in the campaign by posting reviews of their experiences at iM Bank partner merchants or providing feedback on the strengths, weaknesses, or suggestions for improvement regarding the mobile services of group subsidiaries through the group’s integrated communication platform, the "Eoulrim" app.
Hwang Byungwoo, Chairman of iM Financial Holdings, stated, "At the company level, we are making various efforts to spread a sound organizational culture and enhance employees’ sense of ownership, such as forming the Subsidiary Corporate Culture Development Council, establishing the 'The Dignity Award,' and encouraging participation in the employee stock ownership program. I hope this campaign will provide employees with an opportunity to develop loyalty, pride, and a sense of responsibility toward the company."
