DK Asia announced that it will hold a "Health Sharing" event in collaboration with Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary's Hospital, a leading university hospital in Incheon, for residents of Royal Park City and the general public. Starting with the first lecture in August, university hospital professors will deliver a total of four free in-person health lectures through November.

This event is part of the Royal Wellness Program, which is exclusively offered to residents of Royal Park City, a high-end residential brand that aims to create a premium resort lifestyle where healthy relaxation and daily life become true healing.

The first event will be held on Friday, August 29 at 3:00 p.m. at the Shingeomdan Royal Park City II Housing Exhibition Hall. The lecture will be given by Professor Kim Hyeyoon from the Department of Neurology at Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary's Hospital. Under the theme "Having Trouble Sleeping? Tips for a Good Night's Sleep," the lecture will provide expert medical information and practical ways to regain "healthy sleep," which is often lost in the busy lives of modern people. Professor Kim has been named a "Top Doctor" by Health Chosun and specializes in neurological disorders such as sleep disorders, headaches, dizziness, and dementia.

In September, a professor from the Department of Cardiology at the same hospital will give a lecture titled "Understanding Heart Disease During Seasonal Changes," which will explain in simple terms the causes and prevention of heart diseases that require special attention during seasons with large temperature fluctuations. In October, a professor from the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescents will present "How to Respond to Pediatric Emergencies at Home," offering guidance on how to properly handle emergency situations that commonly occur in households with young children. In November, a professor from the Department of Neurosurgery will give a lecture on "Cerebrovascular Diseases and Cerebral Aneurysms to Watch Out for in Winter," providing information on the prevention and management of cerebrovascular diseases, whose risks increase during the winter season.

All lectures are free of charge and admission to the venue is on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees will receive commemorative gifts.

Jo Jaeman, CEO of DK Asia, stated, "This Health Sharing event is the first in Incheon to offer an opportunity for the public to receive practical health and medical information directly from the medical staff of Incheon's leading university hospital through in-person lectures, rather than online. Through the exclusive Royal Wellness Program, Royal Park Citizens will be able to enjoy healthy relaxation and healing in their daily lives, going beyond simple housing to help establish Korea's leading premium resort city."

In April, DK Asia signed a financial business agreement with Catholic Kwandong University College of Medicine's International St. Mary's Hospital to enhance medical services for Royal Park City residents. As a result, residents are currently enjoying a variety of medical benefits, including the nation's first resident-exclusive direct medical service, which provides prompt medical guidance and reservations, as well as personalized health information, rather than non-face-to-face medical services.
