Appointment of New Executives at Uijeongbu City Sports Association for the Disabled

The Uijeongbu City Sports Association for the Disabled in Gyeonggi Province (President: Kim Donggeun, Mayor of Uijeongbu) held an appointment ceremony for new executives at the Mayor's Office of Uijeongbu City Hall on the 20th.

The newly appointed executives are Senior Vice President Park Hyangjin (Chairman of Yunyeong Medical Foundation Howon Hospital), Executive Vice President Wang Kyungmin (CEO of Yoomyung Crane Co., Ltd.), Vice President Park Junhee (CEO of The Change Life), and Director Lee Dayeon (Hyundai Motor Car Master, former national shooting team athlete). The board of the Sports Association for the Disabled consists of 20 vice presidents and 43 directors, with each executive serving a four-year term.

On this day, President Kim Donggeun (Mayor of Uijeongbu) stated, "Sports for the disabled is welfare itself." He emphasized the importance of sports for the disabled and pledged to create an environment where people with disabilities can comfortably enjoy sports activities to promote their health. He also expressed his gratitude to the newly appointed executives for joining as board members to contribute to the development of sports for the disabled.
