On August 20, a civil defense drill in preparation for air raids, linked to the Ulchi exercise, is being held at the safety training center on the second basement level of the Government Complex Seoul, with Prime Minister Kim Minseok and others in attendance. Prime Minister Kim is inspecting equipment for countering chemical, biological, and radiological terrorism.
