Shinhan Bank Launches "Limited Edition Homerun Ball" with Haitai Confectionery

Shinhan Bank announced on August 17 that, in partnership with Haitai Confectionery, it launched a 'Limited Edition Homerun Ball' starting from August 14.

The Limited Edition Homerun Ball features a special package that incorporates Shinhan Bank's character 'SOL' and the Homerun Ball character 'RO.' It is currently available at approximately 53,000 supermarkets nationwide.


Events for customers who purchase the product are being held through the official social networking service (SNS) channels of Shinhan Financial Group. Additionally, starting August 26, further events will be held through 'SOL Baseball Plus.'


Shinhan Bank has also decided to donate 30,000 packs of the 'Limited Edition Homerun Ball' to around 5,000 children from underprivileged backgrounds at community child centers in 10 regions across the country, including Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, in cooperation with the Green Umbrella Child Fund.


A Shinhan Bank representative stated, "This Homerun Ball project is part of our efforts as the KBO League's title sponsor to provide customers with new enjoyment through baseball, while also engaging in social contribution activities through sports. We will continue to promote various projects that bring together baseball fans and local communities."


Meanwhile, since 2018, Shinhan Bank has been delivering baseball team development donations to the alma maters of players selected as MVPs through the KBO League's 'Monthly MVP' voting. The bank also runs annual programs to foster youth baseball talent and support baseball equipment.
