Daewoo E&C Proposes Senior Healthcare Service for Gaepo Redevelopment Complex

On August 14, Daewoo Engineering & Construction announced that it had proposed an artificial intelligence (AI) non-face-to-face senior healthcare service to the Gaepo Woosung 7th Reconstruction Association, which is pursuing a redevelopment project. The company has signed an agreement with Bit Computer, a healthcare company, to provide this service to future residents of the new apartment complex. Bit Computer is the developer of the non-face-to-face medical consultation application 'Baro Doctor.' If Daewoo Engineering & Construction secures the construction contract and builds the new apartments, it plans to set up a lounge in the community facilities to offer the service. The system will allow residents to conduct self-examinations, check their blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and connect with nearby hospitals. Daewoo Engineering & Construction explained that residents will also be able to receive prescriptions through non-face-to-face consultations with doctors.
