Dongkuk Holdings announced on the 13th that its subsidiary, Intergis, has decided to invest 30.1 billion KRW to develop a central region container hub.
The investment includes land acquisition and construction costs, amounting to 10.42% of Intergis's equity capital (approximately 288.9 billion KRW). The investment period is from August 14, 2025, to December 31, 2026, with the end date set for the expected completion of construction.
The company stated, "This investment aims to enhance the competitiveness of our container business and expand the range of items handled in our transportation business." It also added, "Depending on future business conditions and project timelines, the investment amount or period may be subject to change."
