Woori Construction announced on the 13th that it will open a model home for 'Wonju Station Woori Lin The Stella,' which will be built in the Namwonju Station area of Wonju, Gangwon Province, and begin sales. Applications will open on the 18th with special supply, followed by first-priority applications on the 19th and second-priority applications on the 20th. The winners will be announced on the 26th, and contracts will be signed from September 8 to 11.

The complex will be located on the AC-5 block of the Namwonju Station area and will consist of five buildings with 927 units, ranging from three basement levels to 43 above-ground floors. All units are designed with an exclusive area of 84 square meters. This project is the follow-up to 'Wonju Station Woori Lin The Sky,' which sold out last year, and together, the two complexes will form a brand town with a total of 1,827 units.

The site offers prime access, as KTX Wonju Station is within walking distance. In addition, the double-track railway between Yeoju and Wonju on the Gyeonggang Line, scheduled to open in 2028, and the planned GTX-D line stop are both underway. Once these projects are completed, this will be the only area in Gangwon Province to offer a direct line to Pangyo and Gangnam, which is expected to increase its value.

The educational environment will also improve. An elementary school (tentative name) is planned in front of the complex, and a site for a middle school is also in the plans. Convenience facilities such as the Emart in Musil-dong, private academies, and government offices are nearby.

The complex is oriented mainly to the south and features generous distances between buildings to enhance sunlight, ventilation, and openness. There will be no above-ground parking, allowing for landscaped spaces such as a central plaza and children's playground. Residents will also have access to a variety of community amenities, including a fitness center, golf practice range, study room, sauna, and residents' cafe. Additional features include an air-clean system, control of Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and an unmanned parcel delivery system.

The model home will open on the 14th near the General Bus Terminal in Dangae-dong, Wonju.
