LG Uplus announced on the 12th that it will conduct a promotion offering travel convenience and gifts to tourists visiting Daejeon. The initiative aims to foster a culture of mutual growth between local small businesses and Uplus stores.
During the promotion, which runs throughout August, customers visiting Daejeon’s Eunhaeng-dong can store bread purchased from Sung Sim Dang for free and receive gifts by collecting stamps at over 80 local stores.

원본보기 아이콘First, until the 16th, customers who visit an LG Uplus store in Daejeon and add the store as a friend will receive a coupon for four hours of free storage at the 'Euneungi & Sung Simi Mutual Growth Center,' which stores bread, cakes, and other items purchased in the Daejeon area. This coupon is available to anyone, regardless of their mobile carrier, not just LG Uplus customers.
The 'Stamp Tour,' a collaboration with more than 80 small businesses near Eunhaeng-dong, Daejeon, will also run until August 31. During the promotion, customers who visit small businesses displaying the 'Mutual Growth Store' sticker will receive a paper stamp.
Customers who collect at least three stamps in a single day during the promotion period will receive either Sung Sim Dang merchandise or 'Mooneo' merchandise, the official LG Uplus character, at random. After the stamp tour promotion ends, one participant will be selected by lottery to receive two tickets to a Hanwha Eagles home game and two types of Hanwha Eagles merchandise. Ten additional winners will receive Sung Sim Dang Saeng Gyul Siru cakes.
LG Uplus aims to encourage customers to visit telecom stores more comfortably through this promotion. The company also plans to expand mutual growth promotions in collaboration with telecom stores and local small businesses in various regions, providing tailored benefits for tourists visiting those areas.
