Man in His 30s Arrested for Killing Acquaintance at Apartment Complex in Mapo-gu, Seoul

A man in his 30s has been apprehended by the police for murdering an acquaintance at an apartment complex in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

On August 7, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul announced that they had arrested a man in his 30s, referred to as Mr. A, at the scene of the crime on charges including murder, and are currently investigating him.

According to the police, at approximately 10:50 p.m. on the previous day, Mr. A allegedly murdered a man in his 30s, referred to as Mr. B, at an apartment complex near Daehung Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

Mr. B was transported to the hospital but ultimately died.

It has been reported that the two men were not complete strangers to each other.

The police plan to apply for an arrest warrant after investigating the circumstances of the crime.
