This agreement was established to jointly promote the issuance of commemorative stamps themed "Memory of Independence," as well as social contribution activities for veterans' families, in order to shed new light on the history of the independence movement in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions and to help the public reflect on the meaning of veterans in their daily lives.

The signing ceremony was attended by the heads of both agencies and related department heads, and included the viewing of a promotional video and the signing of the agreement.

Going forward, the two agencies plan to cooperate on the issuance of the "Daegu·Gyeongbuk Shining Memory of Independence" commemorative stamps, and to carry out a variety of joint projects, including support for veterans' families and community social contribution activities.
