During the meeting, the association provided an overview and outlook on the major points of the Employment Insurance Act amendment, which was recently pre-announced by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and concerns employment insurance for special-type workers such as caddies. The association also discussed compliance with regulations during waste disposal as part of local governments' inspections of waste management practices, as well as strategies for improving management performance, such as eliminating wasteful elements to reduce sales declines caused by the recent decrease in visitors.
In particular, the association invited Kwon Sungho, CEO of KIGM, who serves as a course management advisor, to share methods for managing green grass during the summer in response to abnormal weather conditions. In addition, a new golf cart exhibition and test drive were held, and security management solutions for efficient golf course operations were introduced.
