Gwangju City announced on July 10 that it will host the '2025 Interview Branding Day' on July 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the 2nd and 6th floors of the Gwangju Youth Job Station Dongmyeong Center.

This event is part of the 'Youth Growth Project,' a collaborative initiative between Gwangju City and the Ministry of Employment and Labor. It is designed to enhance the employability of young job seekers who face difficulties in preparing for interviews by providing hands-on programs that closely resemble real-life interview situations, as well as by offering information on youth employment policies.

On the 2nd floor of the venue, there will be a special lecture on 'Job and Personality Interview Preparation Strategies for Private and Public Enterprises.' On the 6th floor, the following activities will be offered: ▲Image consulting (interview makeup, hairstyling, personal color analysis) ▲Resume profile photo shoot and suit-wearing experience ▲Mock interviews and consulting with current and former interviewers from private and public enterprises.

Additionally, at the Youth Employment Policy Zone on the 6th floor, a variety of youth employment policies promoted by the government and Gwangju City will be introduced, including: ▲National Employment Support Program ▲Graduate-Specialized Program ▲Gwangju Job Center ▲Gwangju Youth Work Experience Dream Project.

Youths wishing to participate can apply through the Gwangju Youth Job Station website via 'Dongmyeong Center Direct Link - Job Competency UP.' For further details, inquiries can be made to the Gwangju Youth Job Station Dongmyeong Center. Participants in the event will receive small souvenirs through activities such as a stamp tour.

Kwon Yoonsook, Director of Youth Policy, stated, "We will continue to provide a variety of customized employment support programs so that young people can confidently take on the challenge of finding employment."
