On July 9, Song Eonseok, a member of the National Assembly Planning and Finance Committee from the People Power Party, strikes the gavel during a plenary session at the National Assembly. The session was held to review the personnel hearing requests for Koo Yooncheol, Minister of Economy and Finance, and Lim Gwanghyeon, nominee for Commissioner of the National Tax Service, among other matters.
