The 'Existing Housing Jeonse Rental' program is a system in which LH signs a jeonse lease contract for existing homes of vulnerable groups to ensure housing stability for those without homes, and then subleases them at a lower price. The program provides support for jeonse deposits up to 130 million won.

Eligible applicants include recipients of basic livelihood or medical benefits, single-parent families under protection, persons with disabilities, and senior citizens. Applicants must meet the specific qualification requirements for each category.

Those wishing to apply can do so at their local administrative welfare center from July 14 to July 21. LH will individually notify applicants of the results. For more details, contact the LH Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters or the Housing Policy Division of Yongin City.
