The evaluation criteria include joint contract performance, subcontract transactions, support for partner companies, and credibility. A company that scores 95 points or more in total is awarded the "Excellent" rating. Companies that receive a rating of "Good" or higher are eligible for various incentives, such as additional points when bidding for public works projects by the Public Procurement Service and local governments, as well as mitigation of penalty points under the Framework Act on the Construction Industry.

Hanshin Engineering has been selected for the highest "Excellent" rating for four consecutive years since first receiving it in 2022. In particular, this year, the company received high marks in areas such as financial and educational support for partner companies, joint technology development and technical support, and credibility in accident-free operations.

A Hanshin Engineering representative stated, "Hanshin Engineering's efforts to achieve mutual growth with our partner companies are producing tangible results," and added, "We will continue to strengthen the foundation for sustainable growth together with our partners."

Meanwhile, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, a total of 20 large construction companies received the highest "Excellent" rating (95 points or higher) in this year's Mutual Cooperation Evaluation.
