POSCO E&C's 'Anad Beomeo' Introduces Daegu's First In-Complex Cinema

POSCO E&C is differentiating its new development, 'Anad Beomeo', located in Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu (the former Daegu MBC site), by introducing a high-end community experience.
For the first time in Daegu, a residents-only cinema will be established within the complex. Located on the first basement level, the cinema will screen movies simultaneously with their official release dates, and feature recliner seats, providing residents with a private movie-watching experience within the complex.
On the top floor, a residents-only sky community, a hallmark of high-end apartments, will be created. This area will include a sky lounge as well as a residents-only sky fitness center equipped with fitness, GX facilities, and Pilates studios.
Additionally, the complex will feature various exclusive community spaces to enhance privacy, such as a premium common lounge, a residents-only cafeteria in the style of a book cafe, a residents-only relax zone designed for rest and gatherings, and a residents-only screen golf practice range.
A representative from Anad Beomeo stated, "In addition, a guest house will be provided within the complex, allowing for various uses such as hosting guests, meetings, and business activities. Most of the facilities are of the highest quality, rarely found in Daegu, which is driving strong interest from the region's affluent class."
Meanwhile, Anad Beomeo is scheduled for move-in in January next year. The complex consists of six basement levels and 33 above-ground floors, with a total of five buildings that include apartments, residential officetels, and retail facilities. The apartments comprise four buildings with 604 units, each offering exclusive floor areas ranging from 136 to 244 square meters. All units are large, high-end apartments, a rare offering in Daegu.
The complex will also introduce Daegu's first concierge service alongside its high-end community features. Premium finishing materials will be used throughout (with variations by unit type), including 'Dada', the leading Italian kitchen furniture brand; 'Armo', a high-end premium furniture brand; and 'GROHE', Germany's No.1 and most trusted bathroom brand, further enhancing the quality of residential life.
The model home for Anad Beomeo is located in Hwanggeum-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu.
