The model home for 'Onard Beomeo,' a high-end residential complex introduced by POSCO E&C in Beomeo-dong, Suseong-gu, Daegu, drew large crowds.

On June 13 (Friday), Onard Beomeo opened its model home for pre-registered customers and operated it for two weeks. Then, on June 28 (Saturday) and June 29 (Sunday), it held a public open house for interested customers. As a result, the model home saw a continuous stream of visitors throughout the weekend, reflecting the strong interest in new, large-scale high-end apartments in Daegu, where such developments are rare.

The subscription schedule for Onard Beomeo begins with special supply applications on June 30 (Monday), followed by first-priority applications on July 1 (Tuesday) and second-priority applications on July 2 (Wednesday). The resale restriction period is six months, with no residency requirement or restrictions on winning multiple times.

A sales representative stated, "With home prices continuing to surge in Seoul and the capital area, there is a growing sense that Daegu has also entered a rebound phase. Since the opening of the model home, we have seen steady visits from wealthy individuals in Daegu and nearby regions. As a result, we expect significant interest in the scarcity value of new, large-scale apartments offered in such a symbolic location."

The complex is being built by POSCO E&C, which has successfully delivered luxury residential projects such as LCT in Haeundae, Busan, and Brighton N40 in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

For the first time in Daegu, the complex plans to feature an in-house movie theater. It will also establish a sky community with amenities such as a sky lounge, sky fitness center, GX facilities, and a pilates studio?facilities that are hallmarks of upscale developments.

Daegu’s first concierge service will also be introduced. Planned services include 'home meal delivery,' which delivers home-cooked meals and side dishes to residents’ doors; an exclusive 'healthcare service' that provides health data through specialized programs; and a 'non-face-to-face medical consultation service.'

Additionally, premium finishing materials will be used, including Italian kitchen furniture brand Dada and high-end premium furniture brand Armo, both leaders in the global premium market.

Meanwhile, Onard Beomeo has set the contract deposit at 5% of the total sale price and offers interest-free financing for 60% of the interim payment, thereby reducing the initial financial burden for buyers and increasing interest in the project. The designated move-in period is six months, easing the burden of the final payment. The project will also implement the 'Contract Condition Safety Guarantee System,' which ensures that if sales conditions change before the move-in date, original buyers will receive the same favorable terms retroactively.

Onard Beomeo is a mixed-use complex consisting of five buildings from six basement levels to 33 above-ground floors, including apartments, residential officetels, and retail facilities. Among these, 604 large-unit apartments with exclusive areas ranging from 136 to 244 square meters will be supplied.
