Doosan Enerbility is showing strong performance following the news that Kim Jeongkwan, President of Doosan Enerbility, has been nominated as the candidate for Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy.
As of 9:07 a.m. on June 30, Doosan Enerbility was trading at 70,800 won on the Korea Exchange, up 5,000 won (7.6%) from the previous session. During the session, it surpassed KB Financial Group to rank fifth in market capitalization.
On the previous day, President Lee Jaemyung made additional nominations for ministerial candidates in six ministries and nominated President Kim Jeongkwan as the candidate for Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy.
