According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration, the area will be on the edge of a high-pressure system located over the southern seas of Japan on this day. The morning low is expected to range from 18 to 21 degrees Celsius, while the daytime high will be between 27 and 32 degrees Celsius.
Waves on the sea are expected to reach up to 0.5 meters in the coastal waters of the West Sea and South Sea. The concentration of ultrafine dust is expected to remain at a 'normal' level.
An official from the Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Infants, the elderly, pregnant women, and those with chronic illnesses are particularly susceptible to heat-related illnesses, so please take extra care of your health."
