Toss Bank Launches "Couple Account" with Enhanced Asset Management Features

Track and Manage the Entire Household's Assets Together

Toss Bank announced on June 13 that it has launched the "Couple Account" service, which allows couples to jointly track and manage their household assets. This service enhances the existing group account by adding asset management features tailored for couples. It enables users to set budgets, manage shared living expenses, and gain a comprehensive overview of the household's total assets.

Through features that allow setting budgets for both the entire household and specific categories, couples can plan their monthly living expenses and various outlays together. In addition to bank accounts such as savings and loans, couples can also register other assets like real estate, making it easier to transparently share the overall financial status of the household.

The joint account holder system, one of the features of the group account, is also applied to the Couple Account. Both partners are granted card issuance and payment rights, allowing them to freely make and record payments for groceries, utility bills, child-related expenses, and other living costs. They can also enjoy the same benefits offered by the group card. Cashback is provided for purchases made at grocery stores (Emart, Emart Traders, Nonghyup Hanaro Mart & Club), dining (restaurants and bars between 7 p.m. and midnight), and entertainment venues (karaoke rooms, bowling alleys, billiard halls, golf courses, golf practice ranges, and PC rooms).

A Toss Bank representative stated, "The Couple Account is designed to go beyond a simple joint account, enabling families to manage their assets more transparently and conveniently." The representative added, "Toss Bank will continue to enhance its products so that group accounts can be used together but managed efficiently."
