The Busan Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Seokjun) has launched a public survey to assess the effectiveness of its SNS promotional activities and to establish directions for improvement.
On June 12, the office announced that it will conduct an "SNS Promotion Monitoring" survey for 11 days, from June 13 to June 23.
This survey aims to evaluate the usage of existing promotional channels and to reflect the results in future promotional strategies. Anyone, including students, parents, school staff, and the general public, can participate.
The survey can be accessed online via a QR code or link posted on the official SNS channels of the office, including its website, Instagram, blog, and Facebook.
The questionnaire consists of a total of 21 items, covering individual SNS usage, utilization of each Busan Education SNS channel (YouTube, Instagram, blog, Facebook), and suggestions for improvement.
The office plans to give mobile gift certificates to 50 participants selected by lottery from among the survey respondents. The winners will be announced on the office's SNS channels on June 30.
Superintendent Kim Seokjun stated, "We will actively reflect your valuable opinions in Busan Education's promotional content to move toward communication-centered and empathetic promotion," and added, "We ask for your interest and participation."
