Riverscent Prugio Weave in Yeongdeungpo to Begin Sales at the End of This Month

The consortium of Daewoo E&C and Doosan E&C announced that they will begin sales of Riverscent Prugio Weave, which will be supplied through the Yeongdeungpo District 1-13 Urban Environment Redevelopment Project in Seoul at the end of this month.

The new complex will be built at 32-8, Yeongdeungpo-dong 5-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and will consist of five buildings with a total of 659 units, ranging from four basement levels to 33 floors above ground. Of these, 175 units will be available for general sale. There will be 17 units with an exclusive area of 59 square meters, 41 units of 76 square meters, and for the 84 square meter type, there will be 13, 87, and 17 units of each subtype, respectively.

Yeongdeungpo Market Station on Subway Line 5 is within walking distance. Yeongdeungpo Station, which serves Line 1 and KTX, is also nearby. The complex offers convenient access to major arterial roads such as the Gyeongin Expressway, Olympic-daero, and Seobu Expressway. There is an elementary school within walking distance, and middle and high schools are also close by. The area also offers good access to the Mokdong private education district.

There are department stores, large supermarkets, traditional markets, and large shopping malls nearby. Another advantage is the proximity to a general hospital, district office, community center, and library. Most units are oriented to the south, and some types feature specialized designs. Community facilities will include a fitness center, a small library, an indoor golf practice range, and a daycare center. The model home will be located at Summit Gallery in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
