On June 9, Research Alarm predicted that Hancom would continue its growth as it enters the office automation market. The firm set a target price of 39,000 won.
Choi Seonghwan, a researcher at Research Alarm, stated, "On May 12, Hancom announced its ambition to become an artificial intelligence (AI) company through a letter to shareholders," adding, "The company is accelerating its business transformation by making AI technology a core growth driver."
He continued, "Previously, Hancom maintained stable profits in the on-premise electronic document software market. However, this year, the company has shown meaningful growth in the non-installed product segment by expanding its web-based drafting software and cloud SaaS product lineup."
Choi emphasized, "Starting with the Hancom Data Loader, which was developed with in-house technology, Hancom is also accelerating the establishment of an AI-based intelligent document platform ecosystem through the launch of Hancom Docs AI, Hancom Assistant, and Hancompedia."
He added, "The 'Hancom AI Agent,' which is scheduled for commercialization within this year, will be integrated with various systems such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and electronic approval. As an AI solution that assists users with their work, it aims to target demand from both private companies and public institutions."
