On June 2, Lee Jaemyung, the presidential candidate of the Democratic Party of Korea, greets Reverend Lee Haehak, the senior pastor of Juminkyohoe Church, after concluding a press conference at Juminkyohoe Church in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province. Reverend Lee previously allowed Lee to take refuge in a basement room of the church when Lee, then working as a lawyer, was evading an arrest warrant related to the movement to establish Seongnam Medical Center.
