As peace negotiations for the war in Ukraine gain momentum and expectations for postwar reconstruction demand rise, ITOXI announced on the 29th that it hosted the "Ukraine Reconstruction Project Roundtable" at the main conference room of Yulchon LLC on the 38th floor of Parnas Tower in Seoul, welcoming the Ukrainian delegation to Korea.

Jointly organized with the Ukraine Reconstruction Association (URA) and Yulchon LLC, the roundtable invited Roman Hryhorishyn, Chairman of the Korea Economic Cooperation Committee of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UKBC), and Valeriy Kodetskyi, Chairman of City One Group?one of Ukraine's top five real estate developers. Together with more than ten Korean companies, including Kyungdong Navien, Chokwang Paint, Kwanglim, and Hyundai Everdigm, they discussed strategies for entering the Ukrainian market. In addition, the accompanying delegation from the Ukrainian IT Association plans to meet with the Korea Software Industry Association, KOTRA, and major domestic platform companies to explore digital cooperation in areas such as e-government systems, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity.

City One Group is a rapidly emerging real estate developer that has successfully marketed six premium residential town projects in Kyiv. In particular, the Novopecherski Lypky complex (known as the Korean version of Tower Palace), completed by City One, is a high-end residential town located in central Kyiv. It covers a 25-hectare (approximately 85,000 pyeong) site and includes 3,800 high-rise apartment units, a subway station, schools, and hospitals within the complex, making it highly popular among government officials and the wealthy. Chairman Kodetskyi of City One holds a master's degree in civil engineering from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and co-founded UDP, which grew into one of Ukraine's top three real estate companies, in 2002 with his partners. In 2017, he established City One, which has since become one of the most successful real estate developers in Kyiv.

Roman Hryhorishyn, who serves as both Chairman of the UKBC and CEO of ITOXI UA, ITOXI's local joint venture, announced joint entry strategies between Korea and Ukraine and plans for cooperation in digital and green infrastructure. Recently, the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and officially designated the UKBC as the dialogue channel for expanding bilateral economic cooperation with Korea.

In his keynote address, Chairman Hryhorishyn stated, "To ensure effective recovery and reconstruction from war damage in Ukraine, the UKBC aims to serve as a communication channel for Korea-Ukraine economic cooperation by providing local market research, government consulting, and partner matchmaking for Korean companies."

Jeon Bonggyu, CEO of ITOXI, said, "This roundtable is not just a meeting, but an extension of concrete action for structural entry into Ukraine's reconstruction projects. ITOXI will work with Korean companies to realize joint entry through a strategic cooperation platform, generating tangible results that lead to actual sales and local investment."

Meanwhile, ITOXI completed the shipment of pickup trucks for the Ukrainian National Police in April this year, and on the 28th of last month, held a joint venture signing ceremony with City One Group for the BFG (Berazan Float Glass) plate glass production plant.
