[Tomorrow's Weather] Cloudy and Rainy Nationwide... Early Heat Subsides, Cooler Conditions Ahead

On Saturday, the 24th, most regions nationwide are expected to be mostly cloudy, with rain falling until the afternoon.

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 23rd, rain is expected to begin in the inland areas of northern Chungnam, eastern inland Jeonnam, and the Gyeongsang region from early morning tomorrow, and in Chungbuk from 6 a.m. In the afternoon, rain will also fall in the southern inland areas of Chungnam.

The expected precipitation is as follows: around 5mm in Seoul, Incheon, and southern Gyeonggi; 5 to 10mm in northern Gyeonggi; 5 to 20mm in the five West Sea islands; 5 to 10mm in the east coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon; around 5mm in inland Gangwon; less than 5mm in northern Chungnam, Chungbuk, Daejeon, and southern inland Chungnam; less than 5mm in the coastal and eastern inland areas of Jeonnam; 5 to 20mm in Busan, Ulsan, and the southern coast of Gyeongnam; 5 to 10mm in the east coast of Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo; around 5mm in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, and inland Gyeongnam; and 10 to 40mm in Jeju Island.

Morning lows will range from 11 to 16 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs will fluctuate between 15 and 21 degrees Celsius.

By region, the morning lows are expected to be: 14 degrees in Seoul, 13 degrees in Daejeon, 13 degrees in Daegu, 15 degrees in Jeonju, 14 degrees in Gwangju, 14 degrees in Busan, 12 degrees in Chuncheon, 13 degrees in Gangneung, 15 degrees in Jeju, and 12 degrees in Ulleungdo and Dokdo.

Daytime highs are expected to be: 23 degrees in Seoul, 19 degrees in Daejeon, 17 degrees in Daegu, 20 degrees in Jeonju, 21 degrees in Gwangju, 17 degrees in Busan, 20 degrees in Chuncheon, 17 degrees in Gangneung, 17 degrees in Jeju, and 14 degrees in Ulleungdo and Dokdo.

Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at a 'good' level across all regions, as atmospheric dispersion will be smooth and precipitation will help keep the air clean.
