On May 22, Sohn Hakkyu, leader of the Bareunmirae Party, declared his support for Kim Moonsoo, the presidential candidate of the People Power Party, by raising Kim's hand during an emergency press conference on political reform held at the People Power Party's central headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul.
