Hyundai Engineering & Construction is launching the official subscription schedule for "Hillstate Mediale," a new development in Daejo District 1, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. The model house, which opened on the 9th, drew approximately 10,000 visitors over three days during the weekend, indicating strong interest that is expected to continue into the subscription phase.

The detailed subscription schedule for Hillstate Mediale begins with special supply applications today, May 19, followed by first-priority applications on May 20 and second-priority applications on May 21. The winners will be announced on May 28, and the contract signing for successful applicants will take place over three days from June 9 to June 11.

For first-priority applications, any resident of the Seoul metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) aged 19 or older who has held a subscription savings account for at least 12 months and deposited the required amount by region and unit type is eligible to apply, regardless of whether they are the head of household, a household member, or already own a home. However, in the event of oversubscription, priority will be given to applicants residing in Seoul.

Notably, for first-priority units, 40% will be allocated by points system and 60% by lottery, providing an opportunity for younger applicants and newlyweds with lower subscription scores to win. Additionally, the resale restriction period is one year, and there are no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residency, which is expected to attract both genuine homebuyers and investors.

A sales representative stated, "Coinciding with the subscription period from May 19 to 21, we will operate on-site assistants at the model house to help customers with certified smartphones submit first-priority applications. Since the opening of the model house, there has been a very positive response to the distinctive exterior design and premium community facilities, so we expect strong interest in the subscriptions as well."

Indeed, Hillstate Mediale stands out with exceptional product features befitting its status as a large-scale landmark development by a major brand.

The exterior design is inspired by the natural flow of waves, featuring curtain wall looks, iconic louvers, and ceramic panels for a differentiated appearance. The distinctive entrance gate, streamlined rooftop structures, and striking lighting further enhance the sense of luxury.

Hillstate Mediale is located in Daejo-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and will consist of 28 buildings ranging from four basement levels to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,451 units. Of these, 483 units with exclusive areas of 51, 59, and 74 square meters will be available for general sale.

The complex boasts excellent transportation, serving as a quadruple transportation hub with the opening of GTX-A Yeonsinnae Station (Lines 3 and 6), as well as proximity to Bulgwang Station (Lines 3 and 6), Yeokchon Station (Line 6), and Gusan Station (Line 6).
