Lotte Chilsung Beverage announced on May 19 that it will launch its new product, "Chilsung Cider Zero Orange," through its official online store, Chilsung Mall, ahead of its general release.
This product was chosen to feature an orange flavor after conducting consumer preference surveys and taste tests. A representative from Lotte Chilsung Beverage explained, "This is a product created to meet the needs of consumers who want a refreshingly tangy and crisp zero-calorie cider, combining the refreshing qualities of cider with the flavor of orange."
"Chilsung Cider Zero Orange" is a zero-calorie product that can be enjoyed without guilt. It offers the same level of carbonation as the original Chilsung Cider and maintains the brand's identity with its transparent contents.
The package design has been updated. While retaining the signature design of Chilsung Cider, the star emblem in the center of the label has been changed to orange, and an image of orange pulp has been added to the top of the bottle to intuitively convey the flavor.
Lotte Chilsung Beverage is running various promotions, including limited-edition hand towel giveaways and discount events for customers who purchase the product. Starting May 26, the product will also be available at major supermarkets, convenience stores, and online shopping malls nationwide. Lotte Chilsung Beverage is also preparing a full-scale marketing campaign from mid-June. The company plans to carry out a variety of promotional activities emphasizing the refreshing orange flavor and the zero-calorie concept.
A representative from Lotte Chilsung Beverage said, "We have decided to launch the 500ml PET bottle first to meet the demand from consumers seeking new tastes and aromas," adding, "We are also considering expanding the lineup to include various sizes and packaging options in the future."
