On May 9, GS Engineering & Construction announced that it had decided to provide a debt guarantee worth 150 billion KRW to Joongang Holdings. This amount is equivalent to 2.95% of GS Engineering & Construction's equity capital.
This guarantee is part of a project financing (PF) arrangement, and the total outstanding amount of GS Engineering & Construction's debt guarantees is approximately 9.991 trillion KRW.
