[Photo] People Power Party Calls for Immediate Halt to "Lee Jae-myung Exoneration Legislation"

On May 7, floor leader Kwon Seongdong and other members of the People Power Party chanted slogans opposing the so-called "Lee Jae-myung Exoneration Legislation" during a general assembly at the National Assembly. They were protesting the passage of the Democratic Party-led amendment to the Criminal Procedure Act, which would suspend trials for presidents-elect, by the National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee.
