Bus and Van Collision on Gyeongbu Expressway: 2 Seriously Injured, 5 Sustain Minor Injuries

At approximately 4:13 p.m. on May 3, a highway bus collided with a Carnival van ahead of it near the Manghyang Service Area on the southbound lane of the Gyeongbu Expressway in Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, Chungnam Province.
As a result of the accident, two passengers in the Carnival sustained serious injuries, while five other members of the group suffered minor injuries. Fortunately, none of the injuries are considered life-threatening.
The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
