According to the Gwangju Meteorological Administration, precipitation of 10 to 50mm is expected, especially along the Jeonnam coast and eastern inland areas, while Gwangju and the inland areas of Jeonnam are forecast to receive 10 to 40mm of rain.
In particular, some areas may experience heavy rainfall of 10 to 20mm per hour, accompanied by gusts, thunder, and lightning. There is also a possibility of small hail falling in certain regions.
An official from the Meteorological Administration urged, "Please be cautious of safety accidents and crop damage caused by strong winds, rain, and localized hail," and added, "Extra precautions are needed for outdoor activities and facility management."
