Global distribution company Atomy officially opened its training center, 'Songnisan Forest,' located in Boeun County, North Chungcheong Province, on April 29.

Atomy purchased and remodeled the 'Songnisan U-Town,' which had closed down due to the impact of COVID-19. The facility consists of a hotel building, a training building, and a camping building.

This site will be used as a space for member seminars, overseas member training, and employee workshops.

Over 1,500 members attended the opening ceremony, including Atomy Chairman Park Hangil, CEO Yoon Yongsoon, and Boeun County Governor Choi Jaehyung.

The event featured a video highlighting the history of the Atomy Success Academy, which has continued since the U-Town era, as well as various experiential programs to commemorate the opening of Songnisan Forest.

Atomy also signed a business agreement with Boeun County for nature conservation and revitalization of the local economy.

Boeun County expects that visits from Atomy members for training and seminars will invigorate the local economy.

Atomy estimated that approximately 100,000 domestic and international members will visit Songnisan Forest annually.

Additionally, a walking event called 'Forest Walk' was held, and the 50 million won raised through this event was donated to neighbors in need within Boeun County.

Atomy continues to attract attention for its ongoing social contribution activities. Recently, the company donated 10 billion won for wildfire recovery efforts, and its cumulative donations have reached 130 billion won through support for respect for life, assistance to vulnerable groups, and sponsorship of international child relief organizations.

The ratio of Atomy's donations to its average sales over the past three years is 1.8%, which is significantly higher than the distribution industry average of 0.06%.

Chairman Park Hangil stated, "Songnisan Forest will become a base for Atomy's new challenges," and added, "We will contribute to the development of the local community together with Boeun County."
