"Two Wheels in Yangpyeong" consists of three sessions of two hours each, for a total of six hours, combining both theoretical and practical training. In addition to improving students' bicycle riding skills, the program also provides hands-on ecological education focused on environmental issues such as responding to the climate crisis and achieving carbon neutrality.

In particular, a basic course is offered for students learning to ride a bicycle for the first time, while an advanced course is available for those who can already ride. This ensures that education is tailored to each student's individual level.

Students who complete the program will receive a certificate of completion. An event will also be held in which students who post their certificate on social network services (SNS) will receive a fan merchandise item featuring the local character "Yangchuni." This is designed to naturally connect with local tourism resources.

Yangpyeong County Governor Jeon Jinseon said, "I hope that children will come to appreciate the value of the local environment through cycling and naturally continue to practice environmental stewardship in their daily lives," adding, "We will make Yangpyeong the leading city for environmental education and bicycle education in Korea."
