The Gwangju Employers Federation announced on April 29 that it will hold a total of four Friday Breakfast Forums in May, covering a variety of topics such as "Trump and the Age of Chaos."
The 1,684th Friday Breakfast Forum, scheduled for May 9 at the Convention Hall on the third floor of the Holiday Inn Gwangju Hotel, will feature analyst Seo Sangyoung, Executive Director of the WM Innovation Division at Mirae Asset and a top analyst in the Korean economic outlook sector. He will deliver the first lecture of May on the topic "Trump and the Age of Chaos."
On May 16, Dr. Cho Pyungkyu, Special Advisor to the China Research Group and author of books such as "If You Don't Understand China, You Can't Surpass China," will give a lecture on "Strategies for Korean Companies Entering the Chinese Market."
On May 23, Kim Dongsik, CEO of North Korea Strategy Consulting and a former operative for 15 years in the External Liaison Department of the Workers' Party of Korea, will speak on the topic "North Korea's Shift in Policy Toward the South and Southward Operations."
On May 30, Dr. Yoon Eungi, President of the Korea Collaboration Promotion Association and author of books such as "Charm is Competitiveness," will lecture on "The Era of Initials and Super-Risk: Create Through Collaboration."
Yang Jinseok, President of the Gwangju Employers Federation, stated, "The topics for the May forums address domestic early presidential elections, the ongoing chaos of the Trump administration, and international issues related to China. I believe these topics will inspire member companies with hopes of entering overseas markets, including China."
